Club Xtra is a group where parents can come with young one to play and interact with other children their age. In addition, the group provides parents time to network with each other, share their knowledge and experiences, and support each other.
Tweens & Teens UP, a program of DSNetwork for Tweens and Teens with Down syndrome (ages 8-17). The program is offered in West Valley, East Valley and North Valley. Youth with Down syndrome participate in monthly community-based outings, opportunities and activities to socialize and meet friends. These activities are designed to help youth connect with one another and celebrate their unique nature in a supportive atmosphere.The group meets the 2nd Saturday of the Month (except in Mar, Oct and Dec).
Xcell for Adults with Down syndrome (ages 18+) is a program tailored for our aging older Down syndrome population. Aging really does matter and the quality of life for our aging population should be the BEST: B–Better Socialization; E–Exercise and Healthy Eating Awareness; S–Self Expression through Music and Art; T–Time for FUN with Peers
A networking group of DSNetwork, DS ConneX is provides support for grandparents, adult and young sibings. Each family member, young or old, is invited to join a group at anytime. This is a safe place to share your experiences, joys, or concerns about having a family member with Down syndrome. The goal of ConneX is to strengthen family support and provide you with needed information and resources. Each group is tailored for the individual needs of moms, dads, grandparents, and both adult and young siblings. New members are always welcome to join us for drop in meetings.
To assist and support through fellowship and action the fathers and families of individuals with Down syndrome.

Moms’ Night Out (MNO) is a Down Syndrome Network program for women who have a child with Down syndrome. MNO events create opportunities for mothers to gather with friends, share and connect, and foster friendships in a supportive and fun environment.
DSNetwork is partnering with the national Buddy UP Tennis program coming to the Phoenix area in fall. It is designed to embrace the challenges that individuals with Down Syndrome face so our Athletes can learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential on and off the court. Stay tuned for more details.
Workshops are offered throughout the year to provide education and resources for parents who have children with Down syndrome as well as professionals who work with people with Down syndrome. The workshops help increase the knowledge base and provide the tools needed to effectively teach individuals with Down syndrome on important topics.
Established by Down Syndrome Network (DSNetwork) to provide scholarship opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome and their family. In memory of CJ Udall, whose positive attitude and enthusiasm for life continues to inspire others to explore adventurous opportunities, the DSNetwork offers a limited number of partial scholarships to assist individuals to attend an event/program.
