CLUB Xtra for KIDS (0-7 years old)
Club Xtra is a group where parents can come with young one with Down syndrome to play and interact with other children their age. In addition, the group provides parents time to network with each other, share their knowledge and experiences, and support each other. The Goal of Club Xtra is simple, we want to do everything we can to help our children reach their full potential while making lasting friendships in the process.
At each event, DSNetwork has a limited number of FREE spots available exclusively for individuals with Down syndrome, 7 years-old and younger, and their chaperone. Additional tickets for siblings are available for purchase when registering for $8. The East Valley Club Xtra Group is hosted by Amanda Rivas, mom to Vivienne. New families are always welcome!
*Socks are required!
THE BENEFITS OF PLAY. Play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive, and emotional strength. Play is important to healthy brain development. It is through play that children at a very early age engage and interact in the world around them.
DSNetwork does not provide supervision at this event. Please plan to have a parent/guardian or provider for your child. DSNetwork will provide water and snacks for participants.
