Parents, Guardians and Caregivers of individuals with Down syndrome are invited to join us for a discussion about guardianship.
Aging Matters welcomes Maureen Mills from Raising Special Kids to present “Turning 18”. Maureen is a proud mother of a 19 year old son with Down syndrome, and has been actively involved in DSNetwork since 2002.

All individuals with Down syndrome (ages 16+) are invited to join us during the caregiver discussion to participate in music therapy. Enjoy singing, dancing and musical instruments with friends! Music provides behavioral and mental health benefits for individuals experiencing Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia, including long-term memory recall. Free respite care is provided by Absolute HCBS and DSNetwork.
