DSNetwork’s Aging Matters families are invited to participate in ASU’s Exercise Program for Adults with Down Syndrome, ExDS every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 2 sessions: 4-5:30; 5:30-7 pm continuing weekly all semester (starting Jan. 21st). The workouts consist of evidence-based cardio, strength, and flexibility training in order to improve the health-related fitness of adults with Down syndrome. Aspects of fitness will be assessed before and after the semester-long program in order to track progress.
Advanced registration required. Limited space available. Free for individuals with Down syndrome ages 14+.
